When should I RSVP?

By August 30, 2026. RSVP here.

Can I bring a plus-one?

Only if they are named on your invitation.

Are children invited?

Only if they are named on your invitation.

What should I wear on the Wedding Day?

Black tie optional. Floor-length gowns, tuxedos, or dark suits. Ties and bow ties welcome; tuxes optional.

What should I wear to the Welcome Party?

Cocktail-adjacent without the black tie: button-downs and trousers, a dress or skirt you’d wear out on a Saturday night.Please keep in mind that San Francisco evenings can be cool, so a light layer is recommended.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

By 3:00 PM. The ceremony begins at half past three.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Both. The Welcome Party is outdoors on the Third Floor Terrace at The Jay Hotel. Cocktail hour is outdoors in the Flood Mansion's enclosed Courtyard. The reception is indoors.

Where should I stay?

We have room blocks at two hotels. The Jay, Autograph Collection (Welcome Party venue): $279–$309 per night, book by Wednesday, September 2, 2026. Reserve a room. Hilton San Francisco Financial District: about $175 per night, book by Saturday, September 12, 2026. Reserve a room. See Travel for more.

Will there be a shuttle?

No. Use rideshare. The Flood Mansion has no self-parking and street parking is limited.

Is there parking?

No self-parking at the Flood Mansion. Street parking nearby is possible but scarce. Rideshare is easiest for both venues.

Can I take photos?

Yes, except during the ceremony. Phones stay tucked away then. Our photo and video team will capture everything and share afterward.

Are the venues accessible?

Yes. The Flood Mansion is wheelchair accessible, including accessible restrooms. The Jay Hotel has an ADA-compliant entrance and elevator access to the Third Floor Terrace. Will Pan and Lyka be there?

Not during the festivities. They will be boarded in San Francisco. If you arrive before celebrations begin, they are available for squishy hugs and kisses.
